Coming Together to Beat Bullying

Students from across the Scholars' Education Trust came together to share ideas and share a joint message on anti-bullying.

Sir John Lawes School anti-bullying ambassadors led this year's joint trust anti-bullying conference, delivering strong and positive messages in collaboration with students from Samuel Ryder Academy and Priory Academy. Students took part in a variety of interactive activities including my true selfie, worry walls, role plays, and statistical activities. Focusing on removing the labels of the victim or bully and looked at moving towards focusing on the behaviours exhibited by the bully. "Exploring how we can make a difference, starting with us."
