Music Lessons

You can now book instrumental lessons for your child online at Hertfordshire Music Service. Please go to Herts Music Service (HMS) for more information and details on how to enrol for lessons and payment.

All school instrumental lessons must now be booked directly with the Music Service, rather than through the school, with payment being made directly to the service, not Sir John Lawes School. The only exception is for drum lessons, as our drum teacher, Mr Smeethe, is not employed through Hertfordshire Music Service. Students will be timetabled by their teachers on a rotation through the school day as usual.
