MFL MASt and Gifted extension work

Nominated students display characteristics of an excellent language learner. These traits include showing initiative, not being afraid to make mistakes, pushing themselves to go beyond expectations and being curious about the language itself and the culture of the country.

We are aware that we need to nurture this interest in the languages and therefore have produced a half-termly newsletter via email with activities based around different themes. These activities can be completed in students’ own time in groups or as a family. By completing these activities, they are not only developing their knowledge but they are also working towards a Language badge.
